Are these damn places EVER open? If so when's the time to hit them up. I
remember getting into one of them once because I was in a store that sold
elixers which would be useful right now. I was getting really pissed off

with

the places and then I got a rosetta stone as a gift from Cheryl's which

was a

pleasant surprise. Now i want more rosetta stones.

You can make Rosetta Stones with some combination of GF Menu Abilities.

IIRC they're only open when Squall gets kicked out of your party (i.e.
you're running around as Zell instead of Squall).
